The Lead Listening Society is dedicated to enhancing the listening leadership skills of individuals for lifelong learning and leadership success. Listening is a universal force for good in the world. Listening Society members (also, called Guanacastes or "listening trees") learn and disseminate the art, skill, and practice of effective listening. Members lead listening circles, facilitate listening-centered conversations, and host/present at the annual GUANACASTE: Transformational Listening Conference (GTLC). In applying and integrating listening lessons learned individually, in dyads, and in teams, members become better listeners while helping their fellow members improve. Together, they help make the world a better place.  The Lead Listening Society is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
